APPLICATION

 

       Cooling and control of the water temperature.

        □       The chiller can be used for the cooling of the lasers, ozone generators, plasturgy machine, vacuum pump, machines of cutting and welding, recovery of solvents, machine with X-Rays and other applications within the laboratory.

        □       The chiller increases the productivity , reduce the cycles times and reduces the manufacturing costs.

OPERATING MODE

Hot water enters the chiller by the evaporator of the refrigerating circuit where, because of the low temperature of the refrigerant, it is cooled until the necessary temperature. Cold water is stored in an integrated tank, completely insulated, to avoid any loss of negative kilocalories.

The integrated tank preserves water at constant temperature even in the event of radial forces. Then cold water is pushed by a circulating pump, also integrated, until the use. A by pass places between the inlet and the exit of water allows an optimal operation independently of the position of the valve at exit.
